Our return policy

If you are not satisfied with the products received, you can exchange it in one of the following ways:

Change

1. Contact us via our contact form or send an email to [email protected] to request a return slip.
2. Return the item by post. You can exchange it for another product or, if the exchange is due to a malfunction, have a new product sent to you.

Return

1. If the product did not meet your expectations, you can return it and get your money back.
2. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and inform us that you wish to return it.

Refund

We aim to process returns within 7 working days of receipt. The refund takes place within 30 days of the return being processed.
