1. About Modellixen

  • Modellixen (organization number: 559491-1447) is based in Helsingborg. The company’s postal address is Sparvugglegatan 5, 254 50 Helsingborg.

2. Order

  • When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all the details about the products, price, billing, and shipping address.
  • If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at [email protected].

3. Delivery

  • Normal delivery times for stocked products in Sweden are 1–4 days. Print-on-demand items (e.g., T-shirts and posters) are produced through Printful and printed at our European printing facilities, which means the estimated delivery time is 3–5 days after printing.
  • Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.
  • If delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at [email protected].

4. Prices

  • All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices caused by supplier price changes, printing errors in the price list, or incorrect prices due to misinformation, and we reserve the right to correct the price.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the day you receive an item you have ordered.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

  • You must notify us if you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification should be sent to us at [email protected]. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return applies to.
  • You should immediately, and no later than within the statutory 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, return the products to us.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products during the return process. Therefore, the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in case of used or damaged items.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Products that are of the nature of sealed audio or video recordings and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Customized products that are tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch based on your preferences.
  • Services that have been fully completed, where you expressly agreed that the service could begin without the right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that may deteriorate quickly, such as food.
  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

6. Complaints and Claims

  • We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly shipped when it arrives, we commit to correcting the error at no cost to you, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to proceed with a claim?

  • Any defects must always be reported to [email protected], where you should provide your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.
  • If we are unable to fix the defect or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective item in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We cover the return shipping for approved claims.
  • We reserve the right to deny a claim if it turns out that the product is not faulty under applicable consumer protection laws. For claims, we follow the guidelines of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not take responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
  • We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fires, wars, government decisions, reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers.
  • Furthermore, we take no responsibility for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been modified by the respective supplier or other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information

  • We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and sold-out products. We do not guarantee that the images represent the exact appearance of the products, as a certain color difference may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to display the products as accurately as possible.

9. Information about Cookies

  • According to the law on electronic communication, visitors to a website must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy purposes. The information in the cookie can be used to track a user’s browsing.   • By shopping with Modellixen, you accept our privacy policy and the processing of your personal data. We value your privacy and do not collect more information than necessary to process your order. We never sell or pass on your information to third parties without legal grounds.
  • Modellixen is responsible for the handling of personal data that you provide to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed to manage your order and, in cases where you have opted to receive newsletters or promotional offers, to customize the marketing to your individual needs.

  • To manage your order and respond to inquiries related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.

10.4.1 Payment Provider

If you choose to pay via invoice, your personal identification number is also stored by the payment provider. This information is stored to complete the purchase and protect the parties from fraud.
  • The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Paypal and Nets.

  • To deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we share necessary information with the shipping company, such as your first name, last name, address, and any email address or phone number for notifications. We primarily use Postnord, but other carriers may also be used. Shipping options may vary depending on your location.

10.4.3 Newsletter

  • If you have opted to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
  • We use a provider for newsletter distribution.

10.5 Right to Access

  • You have the right to request a copy of all information we hold about you. This information will be delivered electronically in a readable format.

10.6 Right to Rectification

  • You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate information or to complete incomplete information.

10.7 Right to be Forgotten

  • We use a Swedish platform, Quickbutik, operated by Quickbutik AB, based in Helsingborg.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time. Changes to the terms will be published online on the website. The revised terms are considered accepted in connection with orders or visits to the website.

12. Disputes and Choice of Law

  • In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with the company's customer service and the customer, you as a customer can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), see arn.se.
